Lola’s way of travelling is inside a sort of wind-waterproof basket, which is steadily fixed to motor’s tank by means of a suitable cover-tank, made expressly for her; practically a real prototype, not in trade.

Lola’s basket is in conformity with the Italian Road Code : 169 and 170 road code articles permit motor-bikers to transport a single pet on a motor-bike, on condition that the animal is located inside a sort of “cage, container or similar”, which must be steadily fixed to the means of transport. Similar rules are in force inside the most part of European countries.

The basket shape was conceived to optimise the tank space and the motor-bike turning-ray, in order to find the max. possible driver’s safety as well as Lola’s comfort.

In particular, the special shape permits Lola to choose how “to live” the travel in the following position: sit with her snout outside (protected by the long windscreen), lied down with her snout supported by the special front grove “to enjoy” the view, or sleeping peacefully.

Lola is protected by the wide motor-bike windscreen which avoids the wind penetrating inside the basket.

The basket upper part is provided by a reinforced double zip opening which it is possible to fasten in different positions (but never completely), according to the running speed and the weather conditions.

The basket inner part is lined by quilted alcantara and during the travel Lola always wears an axillary bib where a special nylon spare rope is hooked and joined to the basket, having the aim to prevent Lola, in case of a sharp brake, from being catapulted forward, (a sort of safety belt).
